Every property has a job that doesn't fit a standard service line: a stairwell that floods every winter, a vacant suite that needs to be turned over, a loading dock that hasn't been cleaned since it was built. Tell us what you're dealing with and we'll scope it.
If it's outside what we do, we'll say so and, where we can, point you to someone who does.
Projects we're often asked about
Vacant space turnover
Suites and retail bays cleaned and detailed between tenants so they show well.
Loading docks and service corridors
Degreasing, washing, and debris removal for back-of-house areas that rarely get attention.
Stairwells and parking structures
Wash-downs, sweeping, and trash removal for multi-level structures.
Post-event and post-storm cleanup
Debris, litter, and wash-down after a large event, wind event, or storm.
Water recovery and wet-vac work
Standing water and wash-water pickup with recovery equipment on tile, concrete, and hardscape.
Site walk and written scope
A walkthrough and a written scope before any one-off project starts, so there are no surprises.
How it works
Describe the job
Tell us the area, the surface, the problem, and roughly how big it is.
Site walk
We look at it with you and confirm what's involved and what result to expect.
Written scope
You get a written scope and price before anything starts.
Do the work
The job is scheduled, completed, and walked with you at the end.
One-off projects are where a lot of vendors say yes and then improvise. We'd rather scope it properly, tell you what's realistic, and do it once.
Questions
Other Cleanup Services FAQ
Do you work alongside contractors and other vendors on site?
Yes. We coordinate with your landscaper, painter, or general contractor when a cleanup follows their work.
What if my project isn't listed anywhere on your site?
Describe it on the quote form under Other Cleanup Services. We'll tell you whether it's something we handle and follow up with questions or a site walk.
Do you provide written scopes and quotes?
Yes. Every one-off project gets a written scope covering the areas, the work, and the schedule before it starts.
Can a one-time project become recurring?
Yes. If a cleanup turns out to be a recurring need, we'll add it to a route or set up a seasonal schedule.
How should I describe my project?
Tell us the area, the surface, and the problem, and roughly how large the space is. We'll follow up to schedule a walkthrough if we need to see it.
