Accessibility Statement

Guardian Integrated Services is committed to making gcommercialcleaning.com usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology. This statement describes the standard we work to, what we have done to meet it, and how to tell us if something is not working for you.

Our standard

The Site is designed and tested to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidance and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act. Every page is checked against it before it is published.

What we have done

  • Every page uses semantic landmarks (header, navigation, main content, footer) and a single page heading so screen readers can navigate by structure
  • A skip link lets keyboard users jump straight to the main content
  • Every interactive element can be reached and operated with a keyboard and shows a visible focus indicator
  • Text and background colors meet or exceed a 4.5:1 contrast ratio for body text and 3:1 for large text
  • Every form field has a visible label, and validation errors are announced to assistive technology
  • Photographs have descriptive alternative text; decorative icons are hidden from screen readers
  • Animations are minimal and are switched off when your device requests reduced motion
  • Tap targets on touch devices are at least 44 pixels, and the layout adapts to any screen size without horizontal scrolling

Compatibility

The Site is built to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, and with common screen readers including VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS. Reading content and navigating the Site do not require JavaScript. The quote form does; if JavaScript is unavailable to you, please call or email us instead.

Known limitations

We are not aware of any parts of the Site that fail to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. If you find one, please tell us so we can fix it.
