  • Recurring checks. Graffiti inspection added to a porter or trash route so tags are caught and removed on the next visit.

Overview

Graffiti that stays up invites more graffiti. The sooner it's gone, the less likely a wall becomes a regular target, which is why graffiti removal is a response service rather than a scheduled one. Report it and we'll get a crew scheduled.

Method depends on the surface. Porous block and stucco usually need a removal agent and pressure wash; painted surfaces are cleaned or painted out in a matched color; glass, metal, and signs get a non-abrasive treatment that lifts ink and paint without scratching or hazing.

What's included

  • Masonry and concrete

Block, brick, stucco, and concrete cleaned with surface-appropriate removers and pressure.

  • Painted surfaces

Cleaned where possible, otherwise painted out in a color matched to the existing wall.

  • Glass, metal, and signage

Storefront glass, doors, poles, utility boxes, and sign faces cleaned without abrasives.

  • Shadow prevention

Whole-panel cleaning so a removed tag doesn't leave a clean rectangle on a weathered wall.

  • Etching assessment

Scratched or acid-etched glass can't be cleaned. We'll tell you plainly when a panel needs replacement.

  • Photo documentation

Before-and-after photos for your records and for police or insurance reports.

How it works

  1. Report it

Send a photo and the location. Knowing the surface up front lets the crew bring the right removers.

  2. Assess on site

The crew checks the surface, tests removal on a small area, and decides between cleaning and paint-out.

  3. Remove or paint out

The tag is removed and the full panel cleaned, or the section is painted out in a matched color.

  4. Document

Before-and-after photos are sent to you for your records.

Repeat graffiti is a property-management problem as much as a cleaning one. The most effective fix is removal on the next visit, every time; a wall that's always clean stops being worth tagging. If a location gets hit repeatedly, we'll suggest changes such as lighting, planting, or adding the wall to a regular route.

Questions

Graffiti Removal FAQ

Can you remove graffiti from murals or decorative finishes?

Sometimes. Decorative finishes need a test area first, and we'll tell you before starting if the finish can't be saved.

How quickly can you remove graffiti?

Graffiti is treated as a priority. Tell us where it is and what surface it's on and we'll schedule the earliest available visit. Ask about response-time commitments when you set up recurring service.

Will removal leave a mark?

On clean, sealed surfaces, no. On weathered stucco or block, cleaning the tag can leave a lighter patch, which is why we clean the full panel or paint out the wall section in a matched color.

Can you remove graffiti from glass?

Paint and marker on glass, yes. Scratches and acid etching are permanent, and we'll tell you if a panel needs replacing rather than charging you for a cleaning that won't work.

Should I report graffiti to the police first?

Photograph it and report it to your local non-emergency line if you want a record on file. That doesn't need to delay removal.
